Machine Operator
Pay: $22.00–$28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–11:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Orbital Welder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in high-purity stainless steel systems and components. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating precision machines where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical. No prior orbital welding experience is needed, training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform orbital welding on stainless steel tubing and assemblies according to specifications.
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, weld maps, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to precise tolerances and quality standards.
- Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding equipment and related hand tools.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify weld integrity and product quality.
- Document completed work and ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures.
- Assist with light electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and related production tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining exceptional workmanship and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of machine operation experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience using measuring instruments, and common hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical device, or high-purity manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
- Electrical assembly, wiring, or troubleshooting experience.
- Experience performing quality inspections and documenting manufacturing processes.
Work Environment
- Clean, temperature-controlled Class 10 Cleanroom facility.
- Full cleanroom PPE provided and required.
- Precision manufacturing environment focused on quality and compliance.
- Must be comfortable working around large manufacturing equipment and machinery.
