Job Title: Panel Technician

FIRST SHIFT: 7am-3:30pm
This role focuses on assembling, wiring, and testing industrial control panels and cabinets by following blueprints and wiring diagrams. You will work closely with a small team of panel technicians, leads, and project coordinators to connect functional wiring and circuitry between controls, sensors, equipment, and power sources. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on training on the production floor and the opportunity to build foundational skills in electrical panel assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial control panels and cabinets according to detailed blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Wire components and connect functional wiring and circuitry between controls, sensors, equipment, and power sources.
- Perform panel wiring tasks, including installing relays and other electrical components as specified.
- Test assembled panels and components to verify proper operation and identify any issues that require correction.
- Use a tape measure accurately to ensure precise placement and alignment of components within panels.
- Apply basic math skills, including adding and subtracting fractions, to support accurate measurements and cuts.
- Collaborate with other panel technicians, leads, and project coordinators to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Work both independently and as part of a small team, taking direction and adapting to changing priorities on the production floor.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area while handling electrical components and tools.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
