Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join a highly automated, fast-paced distribution and logistics facility in Loveland, CO. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced material handling equipment and building systems that support high-volume operations.
Location: Loveland, CO (DEN9 Facility)
Pay: $35.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on automated conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and improve equipment uptime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with facility standards
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automated distribution environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting conveyors and automated systems
- Knowledge of industrial tools, maintenance practices, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment (basic troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Background in high-speed distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field
This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
