Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI Engineer with expert-level proficiency in Python and machine learning to guide our AI initiatives and mentor a talented engineering team. As a technical leader, you will architect and oversee the development of innovative AI solutions, ensuring best practices and high standards across all projects. Key Responsibilities ● Architect, design, and lead the development of advanced machine learning models and AI systems using Python. ● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists. ● Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles: from data collection and preprocessing, through model development, to deployment and monitoring. ● Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define AI strategy and translate business objectives into technical solutions. ● Establish and enforce best practices for coding, model validation, versioning, and reproducibility. ● Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables. ● Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
