Responsibilities- Assemble test kits with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently.
- Operate machinery required for assembly and production.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Engage in cross-training across assembly, machine operation, and quality departments.
- Reliability and punctuality in work attendance.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Willingness to cross-train in different departments.
- Comfortable wearing a hair net as part of the job requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus, with 3 months being beneficial.
- Quality inspection experience is highly advantageous.

Work EnvironmentWork in a cleanroom environment, engaging in repetitive tasks. Choose from two shifts: First Shift (7:30 am-3:30 pm) and Second Shift (4:00 pm-12:30 am). The position includes an unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Hartford, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.94 - $18.44/hr.
