Job Description

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide quality services.

- Manage patient registration processes.
Essential Skills
- 4+ years of experience or 2+ years of experience plus an Associate's degree.
- Experience with Epic systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of healthcare operations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and great attendance record.
- Ability to stay on task and handle a high workload.
Work Environment
The role is based on the HCV YPB 2nd floor, with working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The environment emphasizes teamwork and advanced medical technology, providing a nurturing space for both staff and patients.
