Warehouse Associate / Driver

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and versatile Warehouse Associate / Driver who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and time on the road. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by helping manage inventory, prepare orders, and transport products between our facilities.

This position is ideal for someone who likes variety in their day—splitting time between warehouse responsibilities and driving a company box truck. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for additional weekday hours as needed.

What You’ll Do

Safely transport products, materials, and supplies between company locations
Pick up eggs from local farms and deliver them to our processing facility
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and keep the warehouse running smoothly
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and basic recordkeeping
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability
Keep trucks clean and sanitized following company standards
Move materials and equipment using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Step in to support weekday routes or deliveries when needed

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, delivery, or material handling work
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working both in a warehouse and driving role
Ability to stay organized, work independently, and follow safety procedures
Willingness to work weekends

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs regularly
Comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day
Good vision and awareness to safely operate equipment and vehicles

Work Environment

A mix of warehouse and on-the-road work
Driving in various weather and road conditions
Exposure to typical warehouse elements (equipment, materials, etc.)
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed

This is a Permanent position based out of Voluntown, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
