What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC-controlled equipment, automated machinery, robotics, and industrial control systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and programming issues to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Program, modify, and support PLC systems including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other industrial control platforms.
- Perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipment and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, and production personnel to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Install and commission new equipment, controls, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotics, servo systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, SCADA, and HMI programming.
- Previous experience in aerospace, manufacturing, automation, or high-tech production environments.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed to support critical operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
