Location: Edgewater | Schedule: 1st Shift (4-Day Work Week) M-TH
Open to Autobody expierence, Boat expierence, Carpentry expierence and Hand and power tool expierence

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Repair and finish fiberglass boat parts (hulls, decks, small components)
- Use tools like spray guns, sanders, grinders, and buffers
- Apply compounds, fillers, wax, and polish for a smooth finish
- Inspect surfaces and fix imperfections to meet quality standards
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Work with a team to keep production running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with fiberglass finishing, auto body work, or similar hands-on roles
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and sanding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to work on your feet and lift as needed
- Reliable and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required):
- Marine or boat manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of finishing or repair experience
- Experience working with resins, fiberglass, or composites
Work Environment:
- Non-climate controlled (can be hot and humid)
- Exposure to dust, chemicals, and strong odors
- Standing, bending, and working with tools throughout the shift
- Steel toe boots and PPE required

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
