What You'll Do:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects
- Install framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and architectural finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, and composite materials
- Construct forms, partitions, blocking, and other structural components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Work alongside project managers, superintendents, and skilled tradespeople
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- Previous commercial carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of carpentry methods, tools, and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- OSHA certification is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr.
