Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial equipment and plant systems. Your role will involve performing maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, servicing and repairing air compressors, compressor systems, and compressed air equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting concrete pumps, conveying systems, valves, and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets, and rotating equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on 240V and 480V systems.
- Work with 3-phase motors, motor controls, starters, and related electrical components.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and plant safety standards.
- Assist with facility repairs and equipment upgrades during planned outages and shutdowns.
Essential Skills
- Troubleshooting skills in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience with concrete pumps and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work with 240V, 480V, and 3-phase electrical systems.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with compressors and compressed air systems.
- Knowledge in welding and fabrication.
- Experience in concrete, aggregate, cement, bulk material handling, manufacturing, or heavy industrial equipment is a plus.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
