- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and reporting within HRIS and leave management systems.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for employee questions regarding leave eligibility, accommodations, and disability programs.
- Partner with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and other vendors regarding leave and disability claims.

- Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, disability administration, workers' compensation, and related compliance requirements.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent leave and accommodation cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret leave laws, policies, medical certifications, and accommodation requests.
- Experience working with third-party leave administrators or managing leave programs internally.

- Experience supporting leave programs for a mid-sized or large workforce.
- Exposure to employee benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and leave management systems.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CLMS, or other HR-related certifications are a plus.
