Job Description

The Overnight Tracking Agent provides detailed tracking and customer service support to company drivers and brokered carriers. This role requires computer literacy and the ability to work as a team player, multitask, problem solve, and handle high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with carriers, handling up to 100 calls a day in a fast-paced setting.
• Dispatch calls and manage high volumes of emails professionally.
• Maintain professionalism and composure during stressful calls.
• Use professional communication skills to interact with clients via email.
• Demonstrate detail-oriented tracking and data entry abilities.

Qualifications to Apply:

• Customer service experience.
• Basic Excel experience.
• Experience in logistics, tracking, operations, booking freight, dispatching, carrier sales, and intermodal operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
