Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description
Coordinate the implementation of new products and formula changes by ensuring raw materials are sourced, approved, and available to support production timelines. Partner with various departments to support successful product launches and commercialization efforts while managing and monitoring Bill of Materials costs to support initiatives focused on reducing and controlling Cost of Goods Sold.
Responsibilities
- Assist with supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, and vendor relationship management to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Support production planning by coordinating raw material deliveries and inventory needs for upcoming manufacturing schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data, costs, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Track project milestones and communicate updates across cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and support the development of contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
