Overview
Provides oversite of Logistics Operations, to include monitoring of daily operations of the Maintenance Departments to ensure personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focus to deliver quality products and services. Provides program planning and execution, labor, and supervision of contract labor to meet all logistic management activity requirements and support the mission of the AAAF. Ensures sections complete all assigned tasks in accordance with the Installation Logistics AFCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated appendices and Contract Deliverables Requirements Lists (CDRLs), as well as maintaining compliance with USG regulatory and procedural guidance and company policy. Assists Management in reviewing and responding to customer comments, Internal Corrective Action Requests (ICARs), and USG Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) as applicable. Ensures that customer concerns are addressed in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Assists Department Managers in reviewing PWS and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assists in providing guidance and preparing technical documents in support of proposals and other requirements, as needed.

Responsibilities
- Ensures adequate Government funding is loaded against their associated PFMR accounts to support equipment issue, turn-in, and checkout required to segregate multiple contract supply costs.
- Monitors supply functions, purchase requests, personnel actions, and administrative support for the Directorate.
- Order supplies through the standard Air Force-approved supply system while using the correct, specific, and final delivery destination (e.g., forward supply point equipment account, or bench stock account) for direct Government shipment and/or delivery.
- Provides oversight of work order tracking, purchase request tracking, overtime tracking, transportation and leased vehicle support, and information management support.
- Monitors Directorate to verify compliance with stated PWS requirements, CDRL development and submission, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidance, USG regulatory and procedural requirements, and V2X Corporate and Program policies and procedures.
- Documents and accounts for all Air Force equipment that has Expendability, Recoverability, Reparability Category (ERRC) of NF/ND in the current USAF approved Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).
- Monitors personnel responsiveness to quality, quantity, and safety of all work performed.
- Takes decisive action to eliminate unsafe conditions; ensures compliance with V2X and Corporate Safety Program requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience related to managing Government Property.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License, is required.
- Secret Clearance required for exposure to sensitive information related to USG government activities and contract requirements.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination/management of resources.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing quality Customer service and support. This includes Customer need assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable of how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language with proficiency.
- Must possess a high degree of Military logistical support experience and expertise to effectively manage complex logistical operations within the Installation Logistics (IL) Directorate.

- Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office products and/or other related applications.
