Position Summary The Travel & Expense Senior Analyst is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of the Company’s Travel and Expense (T&E) program, utilizing Concur Travel and Expense integrated with SAP. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for T&E policy interpretation, system configuration, audit and compliance controls, employee support, and vendor coordination, including acting as the primary liaison with the Company’s Travel Management Company (TMC). The role partners closely with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, IT, and the TMC to ensure seamless end to end processing, reporting, and continuous improvement of travel and expense operations. Key Responsibilities Travel & Expense Program Administration • Administer and support the Company’s Concur Travel and Expense platform, including configuration, workflows, audit rules, and policy updates • Ensure proper integration and data flow between Concur and SAP for expense posting, payments, and financial reporting • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or non standard T&E issues • Maintain T&E procedures, job aids, and training materials Policy Compliance & Internal Controls • Enforce compliance with Company T&E policy, IRS regulations, SOX controls, and audit requirements • Perform detailed reviews of expense reports for accuracy, appropriateness, and policy adherence • Identify trends, control gaps, or misuse and recommend enhancements to policies, system controls, or training • Support internal and external audits related to T&E spend Travel Management Company (TMC) & Vendor Liaison • Act as the primary point of contact with the Company’s TMC • Coordinate travel program updates, fare structures, service issues, and traveler support escalation • Partner with Procurement on TMC contract reviews, renewals, and performance metrics • Monitor service level performance and traveler feedback Employee & Stakeholder Support • Provide guidance and training to employees and approvers on travel booking, expense submission, and policy interpretation • Respond to employee inquiries regarding reimbursements, corporate card usage, and expense classifications • Collaborate with department leaders to resolve recurring issues and improve user experience Reporting & Analytics • Prepare and analyze T&E reports, including spend trends, policy exceptions, cost savings opportunities, and vendor performance • Support Finance and leadership with ad hoc reporting and executive level insights • Assist with budget monitoring and forecasting related to travel and expense spend Continuous Improvement & Projects • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality related to Concur and SAP • Lead or support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve compliance • Serve as a key contributor in T&E related projects, integrations, or policy rollouts

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations • Hands on experience with Concur Travel and Expense (required) • Experience working with SAP and financial system integrations • Strong understanding of expense policies, audit controls, and regulatory requirements • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience acting as a primary liaison with a Travel Management Company (TMC) • Experience supporting SOX controlled environments • Advanced Excel and reporting skills • Experience supporting global or multi entity organizations Key Competencies • Strong customer service orientation • Clear and professional communication skills • Ability to balance policy enforcement with practical business needs • Independent judgment with appropriate escalation • Continuous improvement mindset

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
