THIS IS A 3-4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB JULY - OCTOBER
MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 6PM EST
$17/HR
Qualifications:
- 1 year of desktop support/technical support
- ServiceNow experience
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 software
- Troubleshooting experience
The Technical Support Rep is a member of the Family Tech support Contact Center. The CSR is responsible for responding to a high volume of inquiries about the company’s products or services, complaints, remote access to computers, helping with logins, website issues, and navigating their platforms. The Associate Customer Service Representative takes inbound calls, LiveChat, and/or emails from Family, students and Occasional calls from teachers who are with students.
