We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to ensure a clean, organized, and fully operational office environment. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage stressful situations independently.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily walkthroughs and site inspections to maintain a safe and efficient office environment.
- Respond to work orders promptly, scheduling and managing repairs, maintenance, and minor works to ensure compliance with key performance indicators.
- Coordinate the delivery of site amenities and services including fitness, food services, events, meeting facilities, mail/courier services, and office moves.
- Provide clear direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers for seamless execution of onsite work.
- Assist in vendor procurement and maintain accurate site records, web pages, and official documentation.
- Support client relationship management by meeting contract requirements and performance indicators, delivering exceptional service based on client feedback.
- Maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, after-hours emergency response, and compliance with environmental health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and highly flexible.
- Strong teamwork skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in information technology tools, platforms, and email communication.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Prior experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management.
- Basic understanding of technical property systems, including HVAC, chiller systems, fire protection, and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Experience with minor lab operations and strong spreadsheet proficiency (Excel) and basic financial knowledge.
- Solid hospitality experience with a strong customer service orientation.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility based on client needs. The role is situated in Miramar, FL, with employee parking available. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Miramar, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
