We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Reporting to oversee our company’s financial reporting and budgeting operations. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data, supervise the preparation of all internal and external financial reports, and develop budgets and financial forecasts. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a knack for financial forecasting. Prior experience in a similar role is a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred. • Extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting, and auditing. • Proven experience with Workday Financial Management, including implementation and optimization. • Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
