Member Service Representative
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within our 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. The ideal candidate will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Responsibilities include performing transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Additionally, the representative will advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in Call Center, Customer Service or Office Administration
