Join us as a Member Service Representative (MSR) where you’ll be the trusted expert performing essential transactions and related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other member accounts. Your accuracy and professionalism will help members manage their finances with confidence every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform transactions and manage requests for a variety of accounts including savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs.
• Assist members by answering inquiries and providing expert support to ensure their financial needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain accuracy and security while processing sensitive financial information.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by handling each interaction with care and professionalism.

• Six weeks of thorough classroom and hands-on training.

• Nesting period to build confidence before working independently.

Schedule & Shift Expectations:

• 24/7/365 Contact Center with flexible shifts.
• Weekend and holiday shifts required, plus a rotating weekday off.
• Schedule released two weeks in advance for balanced planning.
