Job Title: Member Service Representative (GPO)


Job Description

Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume contact center.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Perform financial transactions and functions for various accounts.
  • Advise members on additional products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with policies while handling inbound and outbound calls.

Essential Skills

  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Adaptability to multiple systems.
  • Ability to work in a very structured environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center, administrative, or high-volume retail environment.
  • Background in banking/mortgage or professional environment.

Work Environment

The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for our members around the world. We prioritize work-life balance, offering shifts that are flexible within a one-hour window. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are to be taken when scheduled. You will be taking back-to-back phone calls for most of your shift, with breaks scheduled accordingly. The environment is hybrid/onsite with flexibility on shift timing.


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, Florida.


Compensation:$17.5
