Forklift Driver / Order Picker (Day Shift)

We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Driver / Order Picker to join our team in a fast-paced, small warehouse environment. If you’re experienced with forklifts and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and work with a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and cherry pickers safely
- Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and support shipping & receiving
- Pack, label, and stage shipments accurately
- Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Help with inventory counts and organization
- Assist customers by pulling orders quickly and accurately
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of forklift experience (sit-down required; stand-up/order picker a plus)
- Comfortable working at heights (order picker/cherry picker)
- Experience with order picking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse tasks
- Familiar with RF scanners
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong attention to safety
Nice to Have
- Cherry picker or stand-up forklift experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese)
- Experience in smaller warehouse or branch environments
Schedule & Pay
- Day Shift (Monday–Friday) 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) → overtime opportunity

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pompano Beach, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
