We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Delivery Service Dispatcher to join our growing team in Stuart, FL! What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Service Dispatcher, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Logging inbound calls and creating accurate service tickets
- Scheduling and dispatching service technicians
- Assisting with billing disputes and resolving customer concerns
- Supporting gas refill requests and service coordination
- Addressing equipment safety issues and escalations
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records in company systems
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience
- Back ground in dispatching, logistics, or coordination preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to perform manual order entry with accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Work Availability
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems
Training & Growth Opportunities

- 3 weeks of classroom training (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
