Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping others? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-paced IT support team! What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver Outstanding Service:

  • Be the friendly, helpful voice for internal and external customers—via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Handle 20–30 calls per day with professionalism and empathy

Solve Problems, Fast:

  • Troubleshoot first-level technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Use our Knowledge Base and SOPs to resolve issues or escalate when needed

Support Tech Needs:

  • Assist with equipment requests, software installs, sign-on issues, and programming changes
  • Document all actions and resolutions in our ITSM ticketing system

Collaborate & Contribute:

  • Work closely with teammates on support projects and daily operations
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Stay on top of administrative tasks like timesheets, training, and shift updates

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking (calls, tickets, chat)
  • Entry-level or recent grads welcome—bring your energy and eagerness to learn!

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree (especially in Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow
