What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver Outstanding Service:
- Be the friendly, helpful voice for internal and external customers—via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Handle 20–30 calls per day with professionalism and empathy
Solve Problems, Fast:
- Troubleshoot first-level technical issues and guide users through solutions
- Use our Knowledge Base and SOPs to resolve issues or escalate when needed
Support Tech Needs:
- Assist with equipment requests, software installs, sign-on issues, and programming changes
- Document all actions and resolutions in our ITSM ticketing system
Collaborate & Contribute:
- Work closely with teammates on support projects and daily operations
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow up to ensure resolution
- Stay on top of administrative tasks like timesheets, training, and shift updates
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking (calls, tickets, chat)
- Entry-level or recent grads welcome—bring your energy and eagerness to learn!
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree (especially in Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
- Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow
