Digital Marketing Analyst
Help Turn Marketing Data Into Business Growth
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help measure, improve, and optimize marketing performance. In this role, you'll use data, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, improve campaign results, and support marketing strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, business intelligence, or data analysis who enjoys turning numbers into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze campaign, customer, and marketing performance data.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing results.
- Create insights and recommendations for marketing leadership.
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Support campaign planning, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Work with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to improve reporting and data quality.
- Help develop forecasting and predictive analytics models.
- Support AI-driven marketing and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure marketing data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or digital marketing.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience analyzing marketing, campaign, website, or customer data.
- Ability to clearly communicate data insights to business teams.
- Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools.
- Experience with predictive analytics or forecasting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience working with APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.77/hr.
