Description
Responsible for installing electrical conduits, building closets, ensuring proper grounding, monitoring equipment for safety, fabricating and installing various conduits and raceway systems, and adhering to quality and safety standards. Infrastructure Technicians play a crucial role in building and maintaining electrical and network systems. Starting from entry-level positions, technicians can advance to Lead Infrastructure Technicians, taking on more complex installations, training new team members, managing documentation, and acting as the primary liaison on major projects. All tasks are performed with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Construction Experience: Ideal candidates have backgrounds in framing, roofing, or electrical apprenticeships.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand and power tools such as tape measures, bandsaws, lifts, and impact drills.
- Data Center Experience: Highly valued but not mandatory.
