Description

Our client has multiple needs open for entry level General Labor Field Techs. These technicians will be learning how to complete fiber drops, run conduit, blow fiber, and test fiber on a grand scale. Training will be provided by company. They have an exclusive contract to build the Fiber Network from a fiber distribution hub to an IDF and into a large commercial building to support a large data center. Their role will be to assist the higher level fiber techs and the team leads in building out the infrastructure to include: pulling cable, pulling fiber, breakout fiber, splicing, splice matrix, learning color codes, learning how to punch down and terminate fiber, installing cable trays and pathways, and build server racks. More than likely Tech's will start out trenching fiber into conduit and completing general labor outside to prep the jobsite for lead technicians.
