Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Planner
Job Description
As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you will act as a project manager supporting c-check activities. You will oversee the complete customer order handling process for c-check part requirements and coordinate a multifunctional team to ensure timely delivery of all parts. You will also lead customer meetings, presenting order status, addressing concerns, and aligning on priorities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, lead, and steer internal MFT and customer meetings.
- Maintain the C-check file and ensure all relevant information is available.
- Responsible for C-check file-related external and internal stakeholder communication, including Customer Order View and Reporting File.
- Ensure all functions have performed their required checklists, including your own.
- Measure, analyze, and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage material order activity.
- Take ownership of the C-check project and its order lines, including pre-check orders and claims processing.
- Perform the Heavy Maintenance Manager C-Check Checklist.
- Open technical support cases (e.g., PN Activation, interchangeability).
- Clarify technical queries using technical documentation or liaising with technical and engineering departments.
- Provide high-quality responses to all customer-related requests for materials and related services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships and trust with customers.
- Obtain customer target dates and communicate them internally for proper prioritization.
- Maintain continuous communication to ensure transparency with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a speak-up culture.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and/or airline operations.
- Project coordination and management.
- Maintenance tracking and records management.
- Aviation parts requirements and management.
- Proficiency in C-check file management.
- Experience in A220 planning and schedule planning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry.
- Strong customer service and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Excellent spoken and presentation skills.
- Business-level written communication.
- Influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
