Job Description
We are seeking friendly and dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives within a banking environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account questions, basic transactions, and general inquiries while delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic account inquiries, transactions, and general banking questions
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction
- Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive financial information
- Navigate internal systems to access and update customer accounts
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members when needed
- Meet service goals related to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Ability to complete required training during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to help others
- Basic computer skills (typing, navigating systems, and using multiple screens)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in banking, finance, or long-term career growth in financial services
- Experience handling cash, transactions, or working with confidential information

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
