Solutions Engineer

We are currently working with one of our local compaines on island who is seeking a motivated and technically skill Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role acts as a liaison between business users and technology services, focusing on enterprise applications. You will leverage your technical expertise to design, implement, and support software solutions—both off-the-shelf and custom-built—to meet evolving needs. This is hybrid and must be in Hawaii. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to drive operational efficiencies.
• Design and present enterprise application solutions to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and vendors.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications practices
• Provide technical support including configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and maintain technical documentation.
• Design and support system integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor and improve operational processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience supporting systems.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform or healthcare platform development is a plus!
