Job Description
As a Commercial Roofer, you will perform various tasks on roofing projects, including assisting with setup and cleanup of job sites, operating power tools and equipment, and supporting skilled tradespeople. You will be responsible for performing heavy lifting and manual labor as needed while adhering to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate power tools and equipment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Essential Skills
- Construction experience, preferably in commercial roofing.
- Carpentry skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial roofing preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of construction management.

Work Environment
Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions. You will oversee 3-4 crews at a time.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
