Construction Laborer
We’re hiring Construction Laborers to support a variety of commercial and residential projects. This role is a strong fit for candidates with construction, roofing, carpentry, or general labor experience who are dependable and ready to work in a hands‑on environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Support crews with daily construction tasks
- Perform general labor, lifting, and material handling
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Assist with basic carpentry and roofing work as needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
Required Experience
- 1+ year of construction or labor experience
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and perform physical work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and reliability
Preferred Experience
- Roofing or carpentry
- Blueprint reading
- Commercial construction experience
Work Environment
