We're hiring Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in a fast-paced distribution and material handling environment. This role combines order picking, forklift operation, inventory support, and shipping responsibilities. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, production, labor, or forklift experience looking for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after training
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and pick orders
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Sort, organize, stage, and band materials for shipment
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- Warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs as needed
- Comfort working on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and processes
