Millwright / Industrial Mechanic
We’re hiring Millwrights to support installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is a great fit for candidates with millwright, mechanical, welding, or industrial maintenance experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
- Read and follow blueprints and specifications
- Use welding and fabrication tools as needed
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and hoists
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently
Required Experience
- 1+ year of millwright, mechanical, or industrial experience
- Experience with equipment installation or maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience
- Welding (MIG/TIG)
- Conveyors or material handling systems
- Hydraulics or piping
- General maintenance or repair
