MIG Welder – $22+/hr + Profit Sharing
We're hiring MIG Welders to support fabrication and manufacturing operations in a growing shop environment. This role is ideal for candidates with welding experience who can read blueprints, work with measurements, and take pride in producing quality work.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on carbon and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Fabricate and assemble metal components
- Use tape measures and other measuring tools
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed
- Assist with shop equipment such as brake presses and drill presses
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Required Experience
- 6+ months of welding experience or welding education
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Preferred Experience
- MIG welding experience
- Fabrication experience
- Forklift or overhead crane experience
- Experience operating shop equipment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.25/hr.
