What Youāll Do
- Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts to specifications
- Load, unload, and package materials for production
- Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions
- Measure and inspect parts using appropriate tools
- Track and record production data accurately
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What You Bring
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
- Experience with CNC equipment (lathe, mill, etc.)
- Familiarity with calipers or precision measurement tools
- Background in production, fabrication, or machining

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
