Job Title: Production Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to direct manufacturing activities for work trucks and trailers. Experience in production management within a manufacturing environment is highly valued. Candidates with 3–5 years of supervision experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
- Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to support team members and remove barriers.
- Develop and coach production supervisors and team leaders to build future leadership.
- Oversee approximately five departments, including fabrication, welding, and assembly.
- Apply manufacturing practices and process improvement programs to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with business objectives.
Essential Skills
- 3–5 years of supervision experience, including oversight of direct reports.
- Proficiency with manufacturing practices and process improvement programs.
- Experience with overseeing multiple departments such as fabrication, welding, and assembly.
- Knowledgeable in servant leadership and building high-performing teams through trust and coaching.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of plant management experience.
- Capability to manage and coordinate large teams of 70–90 production technicians.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for primarily local travel during the business day.
- Ability to work early shifts starting at approximately 5:00 a.m..

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing plant where the fabrication and welding areas are climate controlled. Production typically follows a schedule of four 10-hour days, running from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. The position requires a regular presence on the production floor and involves close collaboration with supervisors and technicians.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
-12-15% bonus target - these will be yearly, based on previous years salary -Taylor is sending
