Job Title: Production Assembler
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts and products according to work instructions while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery according to specifications
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
- Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years of previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampton, Iowa.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
