Job Title: Sr. Reporting Analyst

Job Description

This role is integral to handling financial reporting and accounting policies as new loans are setup and onboarded. The position will align with CML and Ag portfolios, including managing monthly consolidations, suspense and cash management, loan servicing operations, and driving process and procedure improvements. The team collaborates with partners as they drive deals and new investments, adapting to the evolving complexity of investment activities.

Responsibilities

• Align with CML and Ag portfolios for financial reporting and accounting policy management.
• Manage monthly consolidations, suspense, and cash management processes.
• Oversee loan servicing operations and implement process/procedure improvements.
• Collaborate with investment teams to guide new investments and oversee their onboarding.
• Record transactions to the daily ledger accurately and efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Accounting expertise, including monthly close processes and investment accounting.
• Proficiency in general ledger management and journal entry tasks.
• Experience in month-end financial activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with five years of progressively responsible experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP, Blackrock Aladdin, Precision LM, eFront, WINGS software.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, ideally located in the Des Moines market, with three days in-office currently.
