Job Description
We are seeking a licensed architectural professional with project management experience to lead the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors in Southern Idaho. This role supports a hybrid work model, including remote flexibility with travel to project sites (Boise, Pocatello, and surrounding areas), and close collaboration with a broader, multi-office team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can lead project components independently, manage project execution, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality design and technical delivery from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, documentation, and coordination across multiple project phases.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee development of drawings and models for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Apply advanced knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment and quality execution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communication, presentations, and project decisions.
- Lead construction administration efforts including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and issue resolution.
- Maintain quality, organization, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Mentor and support development of junior team members.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Proven ability to lead project scopes and mentor team members.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, including active job sites.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 7–15 years of professional architectural experience.
- Active architectural licensure required.
- Demonstrated project management experience (budgeting, scheduling, client relations).
- Additional experience with SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work. Regular travel to project sites throughout Southern Idaho (Boise, Pocatello, etc.). Collaboration with a distributed, multi-office team structure. The work schedule follows a 9/80 format with every other Friday off, allowing for adjustment to match holidays for a four-day weekend. The company culture is collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong focus on mentorship.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
