Job Description
This role involves performing various physical tasks including standing, walking, and operating hand tools. The employee will frequently lift and move heavy objects, occasionally up to 100 pounds, and will need specific vision abilities for close and distance vision. The job requires exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, and weather conditions, while also ensuring noise protection and wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
Responsibilities
- Stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate effectively through talking and hearing.
- Walk continuously and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Operate assembly and construction tools safely.
- Perform tasks requiring close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Work in environments with moving mechanical parts, exposure to particles, extreme temperatures, and electrical risks.
- Proficiency in assembly processes.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in construction and truss assembly.
- Skill in using a tape measure accurately.

Work Environment
The role is based in an indoor/outdoor plant environment with loud noise levels. Employees are required to wear ear plugs, eye protection, and other necessary personal protective equipment. The shift runs from 4AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
