Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Specialist in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in the distribution of plumbing, piping, tubing, and various household items. Our facility in Nampa is seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations and eventually transition into driving roles.
Responsibilities
- Pull, package, ship, and receive products within the warehouse.
- Operate both propane and electric forklifts, with certification provided.
- Work both inside the warehouse and occasionally outside.
- Lift up to 50 lbs on a semi-consistent basis.
- Transition into a driver role upon conversion, driving non-CDL box trucks or pickup trucks.
- Maintain a clean driving record with less than 3 infractions in the last year and no DUIs.
- Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- Proficiency with computer skills, utilized daily.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs semi-consistently.
- Clean driving record with less than 3 driving infractions in the last year and no DUIs.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
We are a smaller company offering room for advancement. Employees have the opportunity to grow within the company, as demonstrated by our Ops Manager who started in the warehouse and has been promoted multiple times.
Work Environment
Work in a medium-sized warehouse equipped with large racks and an outside yard area for loading flatbed trucks. Utilize both electric and propane forklifts and pallet jacks. Work shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with potential for a 7am-4pm shift in the future. Dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirt, jacket, and mandatory steel/composite-toed shoes or boots. Expect no regular Saturday work, except for one annual warehouse cleaning.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
