Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves contributing to development projects within both local and global technical engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to development projects as a member of technical engineering teams.
• Design and layout printed circuit boards using the Altium software suite.
• Translate customer needs into viable marketable solutions efficiently and timely.
• Evaluate electrical systems, products, and applications to design optimal solutions.
• Assure product quality during production by designing electrical testing methods at both board and system levels.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provide technical support to inside and outside sales personnel.
• Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety (OHSA) procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with microcontroller designs and C programming.
• Ability to design and layout printed circuit boards using Altium.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal presentation, writing, and computer application skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 5 years of product development experience in an electronic/electrical manufacturing environment.
• Design experience in power, energy, defense, industrial automation, control industries, telecommunications, RF applications & testing, and DC circuits.
• Experience in the design of Surge Protection Devices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives and adapt to changing priorities.
