Join our dynamic team as a Design Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming general arrangement designs into detailed models ready for fabrication using SolidWorks. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and correctness of these models, creating comprehensive bills of materials and generating detailed drawings for manufacturing and installation purposes. Collaborate closely with our manufacturing team to address any questions or issues during the production process.

Responsibilities

• Convert general arrangement designs into detailed models suitable for fabrication using SolidWorks.
• Verify that models meet all requirements and are accurate.
• Produce comprehensive bills of materials needed for fabrication.
• Generate detailed drawings for both manufacturing and installation.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve questions or issues during production.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of engineering design experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience in creating bills of materials (BOMs).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year degree; a 4-year degree is preferred.
