- Start up and shut down conveyor systems, filling machines, and label machines according to established procedures.

- Handle general packaging tasks, including packing, labeling, and palletizing finished goods.
- Support general production activities such as assembly line work, machine operation, and basic material handling.
- Follow all safety procedures when working with paint, stains, aerosols, and chemical products.
- Maintain consistent attendance and arrive prepared to work the full shift on your feet.
- Lift and move containers and materials weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while working in a dirty, paint-intensive environment.

- Background in filling operations or working with filling machines.
- Experience labeling products and working with automated label machines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility that handles receiving, production, and shipping.
- Comfort operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts, where required.
