Job Title: Inspector Packer
Job Description
This role involves working on a fast-paced production line to manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and finished products while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will operate around automated packaging equipment, organize and palletize finished goods, and perform regular cleaning and general labor tasks to keep the manufacturing environment safe, efficient, and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and finished products on a production line.
- Hand-stack finished goods and organize boxes into consistent patterns for storage and shipment.
- Set up and change film rolls on automated packaging machinery according to production requirements.
- Palletize product cartons for disposal, staging, and shipment using proper stacking techniques.
- Perform visual inspection of products to identify defects, damage, or quality issues.
- Label, stack, and organize products and materials accurately to support inventory and order fulfillment.
- Use basic material handling tools, such as pallet jacks and RF scanners, to move and track products.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, cartons, and pallets as needed.
- Sort products and materials according to established procedures and production needs.
- Clean production equipment, work areas, and trenches to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Collect and dispose of scrap, dust, and debris, and perform general cleaning and recycling tasks.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- Observe, follow, and evaluate workplace procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with general production duties.
- Ability to load, unload, and move materials using basic material handling tools.
- Familiarity with palletizing, stacking, and organizing products.
- Understanding and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience with order picking and inventory support is beneficial.
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling equipment is an asset.
- Experience using RF scanners for tracking inventory or orders is helpful.
- Experience in labeling, sorting, and general production tasks is advantageous.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing environment that operates at a fast pace and involves continuous production activities. You will work on or around production lines and automated packaging machinery, handling materials, cartons, and pallets throughout your shift. The position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stacking, and heavy lifting, as well as general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and cleaning. You will use tools and equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners, and you will follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain cleanliness and product quality. The work area includes production equipment, trenches, and staging zones that require regular cleaning and organization. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
