Project Manager

An award-winning architecture firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Project Manager to their team!

Job Description:

• Responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to bring projects to life
• Primary client liaison for multi-family, retail, and/or mixed-use projects
• Coordinate design efforts among internal team, could range from 2-8 people
• Provide mentorship to junior staff, serving as resources for growth and professional development
• Manages project budgets, schedules, and program

Qualifications:

• Must hold an accredited degree in architecture with 10+ years of experience
• Must be a licensed architect or on the path to obtaining a license.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills needed for role responsibilities and to mentor and train junior staff
• Experience in multi-family, mixed-use, and retail projects is preferred
