Looking to start or grow your welding career? We’re hiring an Entry-Level MIG Welder to join our team! Whether you just finished school or have some production experience, this is a great opportunity to get steady hours, hands-on experience, and a path to a long-term career.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment (steel & aluminum)
- Perform high-volume production welding (tack, assembly, and finishing)
- Read and follow blueprints and weld symbols
- Inspect welds for quality using visual checks and basic measurements
- Grind and finish welds to meet specifications
- Track production and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- MIG welding experience (production or manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to weld 16–12 gauge steel
- Welding certificate or formal training
- Basic blueprint and weld symbol reading skills
- Experience with grinders and fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
