Basic Qualifications
Responsible for supporting product management activities for one or more products for our automated fulfillment team. This role will be focused on supporting and driving product work for our prescription intake system. May have full product management accountability for smaller products or product enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting product management activities for one or more products. May have full product management accountability for smaller products or product enhancements.
- Coordinates the work of cross-functional teams and tracks project budgets, schedules and milestones. Conducts technical and market research to support product managers.
- Responsible for analyzing complex new product design drawings and specifications and translating them into finished high quality commercialized goods that provide the company with a competitive advantage in its product portfolio.
- Assess business and technical requirements from various entities and synthesize requirements into a consolidated roadmap.
- Applies technical or product based knowledge to multiple aspects of the product development lifecycle, including planning, costing, engineering, prototyping, testing and commercialization.
- Creates prototypes and tooling models to verify functionality and implement product designs and may transfer approved specifications in house or contract manufacturers or other final producers
- May recommend new product development and enhancements.
- May evaluate multiple materials, forms, etc. to develop an interim or finished product and utilizes costing models and other techniques to evaluate scaled production costs.
- After product launch, this role may coordinate and manage product enhancements and migrations to new production processes. Works closely with third parties, vendors, licensors and internal teams to deploy and support products
- Partners closely with other team members and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from collecting user and consumer feedback, helping understand user needs and shaping priorities, authoring of user stories, defining data contracts, product roadmap development and maintenance, to feature acceptance testing and ensuring a smooth rollout.
- Communicates product status and roadmap evolution to management.
- Leads the development and product release process working closely with cross-functional teams
- Drives efficient and customer intuitive experiences by exploring what is possible with evolving technologies and tools.
- May evaluate production risks, product integrity issues and regulatory risks.

- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management and/or operational experience in at least one function within the Healthcare Sector OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management and/or operational experience in at least one function within the Healthcare Sector
- Experience in all forms of technical delivery, such as Agile
- Experience working with advanced process design & product management/development principles
- Experience working independently on complicated projects involving multiple partner teams.
- Experience speaking with passion and credibility when speaking with stakeholders about a product
- Experience demonstrating knowledge of specific product specialism
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (domestically and/or internationally).
- MBA or Master's Degree
- At least one year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross functional team leadership.
